Adventist Health to Host Free Back-to-School Health Fair in August

TULARE, CA — To help families begin the school year on a healthy note, Adventist Health Medical Office - Tulare will host a free back-to-school health fair at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 2. The event is free and open to all ages. 
During the health fair, providers, dentists, and our clinical team will perform the following comprehensive health services: 
  • Preschool immunizations 
  • General school immunizations 
  • Wellness exams for children and adults 
  • Dental exams 
  • Sports and school physicals (A Certified Independent Fitness form is required for high school students) 
Those who receive medical services will also enjoy free food, games, and giveaways! No appointments are necessary. Please bring your insurance cards so we can verify coverage of the patients we care for during the free health fair.
