About Us
CASA of Tulare County is a non-profit organization that advocates for the safety and well being of the abused and neglected foster children in Tulare County. By recruiting, training, and sending out volunteers from Tulare County, we provide children in care with a Court Appointed Special Advocate (a CASA), to speak up for their needs in court.
