Open House 2026 – History in the Making

The Tulare Veterans Memorial Building invites the community to experience Open House 2026 – History in the Making.

This free community open house takes place on Friday, February 28, from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, at 1771 E. Tulare Avenue.

Guests are invited to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon featuring:

• Special exhibits
• Face painting and kids activities
• Train rides
• Food trucks and vendor booths
• Live music with DJ Sparkki Markki
• Drawings, prizes, and a bar open for adults
