The Tulare Chamber of Commerce is pleased to partner with California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. (CRLA) to celebrate the Grand Opening of their new Tulare office. Community members are invited to stop by, meet the CRLA team, tour the new location, and learn more about the free civil legal services they provide to low-income residents throughout California’s rural communities.
