2023 Festival of Trees
Tulare Hospital & Community Health Foundation annual Festival of Trees, "A Vintage Christmas". This year the Foundation will host the gala in an environment from long ago. When tinsel streamed from your tree. Where friends and family gathered around singing favorite Christmas Carols by a cozy fireplace, and remembering the reason for the season.
